He has extensive experience in spearheading commercial functions such as accounts & finance, budgeting, strategic planning, working capital management, project financing and execution, costing & MIS reporting. He has directed finance and accounting matters including corporate financial compliance, governance policies & procedures and general ledger ownership. He has also directed and coordinated all administrative and finance functions for various divisions involving administration of corporate insurance (risk management), corporate legal matters with outside counsel, and annual line of credit renewals with financial institutions.

 He has the merit of initiating accounting, documentation & reporting function from the scratch for the start-up company which later on turned out to be a leading online e-commerce company in India. He is a strategist & implementer with recognized proficiency in spearheading business globally to accomplish corporate plans and goals successfully and setting up entities in various geographies. Handling Defence & Aerospace sector, bringing together two different countries major group entity into Joint venture (part of Alpha design & Adani group in India & Elbit in Israel) ensuring there is smooth flow towards stakeholder’s management between promoters, board & other stakeholders.
