“A corporate leader’s life is a continuous progression path of learning, understanding and delivering one’s role both as a part and as a whole towards the projects and programs undertaken and more often it entails toggling between the whole and the part, the two entwined entities to lead to the best outcomes” says Protyush Mukherjee, MRICS MBA, and the man behind the successful end result orientation of some epoch-making real estate creations in the Eastern capitals of Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
He has been a significant contributor as a leader in giving life to Quest- the CESC house’s debut mall, strongly pitted as a befitting statement against any of India’s top-notch mall. A chartered surveyor himself, his passion for hands-on at work through all levels is well reckoned among his peers and downline alike. He has worked with almost the all major MNCs of the Facility Management Industry CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, and his real estate builder majors being the PS Group and the Metro Builders. The shaping of Metro Palms International- an iconic mixed-use commercial project in Bhubaneswar, Odisha comprising of Luxury Retail, Fine Dining, Commercial Offices, Premium Hotel and a Helipad on top is what keeps him energetic and buoyant now.
Currently he is heading the East Zone vertical of QGroup in expanding their footprint into Facilities Management. As a hands-on leader, his style of leadership management by way of influencing and example setting helps him immensely to form, norm and make the team perform towards attainment of the project and program outcomes.
Being a continuous learner himself, Protyush keeps adding skillsets and qualifications as a feather in his hat with passion and fervor, and practices this habit to preach that if you stop learning, you will start ageing.
