During Covid 19 Hit Pandemic when the entire world was struggling for survival or revival, he was carving his great innovations , My Print Career , India’s first employment portal exclusively and specific to print and packaging industry that was established on 9^th June 2020. SGO is India’s first complete in house global premedia and prepress solutions with Head office in Chennai, India that was established on 10^th January 2021.

His other two innovative ventures include YesGo , established on 19 June 2018 in Chennai which is Asia’s first compact and complete practical training centre for packaging premedia and prepress along with Esko Software with 100 percent placement assistance.

One Stop Solutions was established on 4 August 2005 in Chennai . It is a centre for complete prepress And man power services.

He has mentored and trained more than 800 people and placed more than 1137 people globally.

It was the year 1996 when he got his first exposure in printing industry…He started his career with Monotech under mentorship of Mr.T.P.Jain. Furthermore, it was his days with Esko where he joined as Application Engineer South Asia in 2003 which has been a turning point in his career and from there, he started crossing numerous mile stones in his journey along with earning wide international exposure. 4 August 2005 was the day when he incepted his entrepreneurship with Prepress and Manpower Services – One Stop Solutions and since then he never looked back. During his voluminous career growth, he realised that Packaging is Future. Besides,he also recognized that Right Workforce Equipped With Right Skills Is the major pain point as well as major requisite for the packaging industry. Packaging industry was witnessing a tremendous growth worldwide. Constant innovations and technological up gradations in the industry required skilled workforce in upgraded technologies and applications to keep pace with constantly evolving changing trends globally. Demand was more but supply was less. Training institutes were already there but most of them were not imparting training or education in advanced and upgraded technologies. Curriculum of most of the institutes were seldom updated. Even if they were upgraded, there was less practical exposure. More over the courseswere lengthy with age and qualifications bar as well.

Apart from that, right candidates and right employers were not able to connect each other due to dearth of any industry specific employment channel.
