In the effective leadership of Mr. Nitesh Mittal with an experience of 20 years in textile industry, PP international that started just as a small firm in year 2002 now runs 9 factories in Panipat with a huge workforce of 1600 employees.
Mr. Mittal was born, brought up and has studied in Panipat. He has earned an MBA in Finance Degree from New Delhi Institute of Management, New Delhi.
The journey was not easy for him in the beginning of his career. He worked for two jobs before venturing into family business of textiles with his elder brother. He had to go through a huge learning curve because of lack of any background in textile industry.
But being a keen learner with high adaptability, he not only learned the development and design aspects of textile business, but also spread the company’s business to the next level by his sharp marketing acumen and strong customer focus.
Under the leadership of Mr. Mittal, the Company has reached an annual turnover of USD 22 Million and growing very fast. He extensively travels across the US to serve his customers. Major retail brands across the United States i.e. Sams Club, Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Goods, Walmart just to name a few, are amongst the satisfied customers of PP International.
The Company has got Gold Medals in year 2016 from Hon’ble Minister of Textile Mr. Santosh Kumar Gangwar for Steller performance in textile industry.
He strongly believes that the credit for his and his company’s success goes to the strong management team and employees.
Mr. Mittal always believed that Customer must be respected. But he works on the principle that Company and customers should be considered equal partner in each other’s growth. Under his management, the Company works on the premise of clear communication with the customer and accountability with the Customers.
