He joined as Sales Engineer at Parveen Industries Pvt Ltd., Oilfield Equipment Marketing and Manufacturing Co.in 1984 and continued with larger responsibilities as Sr.General Manager. Over the years he has travelled globally  for business development and Leisure.

He has been successful in establishing manufacturing facilities from start-up to achieve Sales from Rs. 80 Lakhs to 250 Cr currently and 880 Sq ft area to over 10 Acres. He has been instrumental in developing and exporting over 2000 import substitute oilfield engineering products worldwide. Obtained accreditations to ISO 9001, 14001,45001,CE, APIs for various products and facilities.

In the year 2008 , he joined Rotary Club  and became Rotary Club President in 2014-15 thereafter held club and district level posts and organised various community service projects &fellowship events thereafter.

His life journey was filled with lessons, hardships, heartaches, joys, celebrations and special moments that ultimately lead him to his destination, purpose in life. 

The road was not  always smooth; in fact, throughout his travels, he encountered many challenges.
