Mr. Lawrence started this journey 20 years ago as a Facilities Executive and here he is, going all the way up to become a Head Facilities/Administration, Retail & Corporate Real Estate. He says that the professional growth achieved due to taking up new challenges, handling Risks, Strategic thinking and achieving the goal, thus walking thru the path that is not taken by others which gives a sense of achievement and feat.

With more than 2 decades of experience in Facilities Management, Administration, Health & Safety, Projects and Corporate Real Estate. He has managed and built offices at various locations in India and Philippines. He also managed Business Continuity successfully in India and Philippines without any impact to Business.
Mr.Lawrance has major achievements which he feels as most required in today’s times and will continue to be pivotal in the future as well. Business continuity played a key role for ensuring Business continuity always tested for all sites Table top exercise etc to ensure situation during BCP managed smoothly. Sustainability and Green initiatives that tent to be keen leader in terms of reducing the carbon footprint part of social corporate responsibility. This includes energy efficiency and AC efficiency, water efficiency by implementation of sensors. Usage of environmental products/Materials where ever possible and Proper waste disposal. Solar implementation and food waste composite to manure. Played vital role in consolidating the real estate during Covid-19 and with better negotiation received Covid Rental/Waiver.
Facility Buildout/Project’s at Philippines and India managed and handed over on time for business. All the refurbishment works/Capex planned and delivered in a short time with minimal cost
