A successful professional, he is currently the Managing Director of IMI Norgren Herion Pvt. Ltd. (a part of IMI plc) – a role he excelled in by cementing the leadership position for the multinational companies with his dynamic strategy, stimulating management and humane approach to corporate responsibility initiatives. The high impact guidance of KS, as he fondly known, is a result of his early exposure to MNCs like Electrolux, Knorr-Bremse & Dover Corporation and highly regarded Indian organizations like Escorts & Roto Pumps. Performing exceptionally in Business development, Engineering, Operations, Projects, and senior management roles during his stellar career further adds to his strengths.

He graduated with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra and completed his post-graduate business management in Operations Management. Constantly challenging the status quo, he began his professional career at Electrolux where he gained extensive exposure in Maintenance, Production, and Quality; was responsible for fostering growth at Dover India; tasked with improving business operations and value creation at Roto Pumps; for bringing excellence to business with operations and project management at Escorts.
He continued to align to his rooted value system that aided him to excel in every responsibility he was tasked with and continued to impress his peers and superiors and challenge his teams consistently. Upskilling regularly over the years, he is proficient in Future Now, Diversity & Inclusion, ESG, Lean Six Sigma and Business processes.
With his experience and accomplishments, KS is labelled as a compassionate taskmaster. His foresight and excellent command in managing business of large organizations have helped him set impressive professional benchmarks. A true patriot, he feels education for all is the primary step for nation-building and offers his time and efforts towards the education expenses for students annually!
A long-time supporter of Akshaya Patra Foundation, Norgren partnered for the Covid-19 Relief Feeding Program. As part of the CSR initiative, this partnership contributed 1848 nutritious grocery kits to vulnerable communities in Noida region and sponsored three vans to distribute mid-day meals to school students located in Vrindavan and Lucknow.
KS is equally passionate about the Employee Safety at Norgren. He personally initiated a call with each employee to check on the health and wellbeing of the employees and their immediate families during the pandemic. Under his leadership and creating a Better World against COVID-19 pandemic, the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) team sourced and arranged for health and safety equipment’s including oxygen concentrators and created a COVID-19 Safety Kit to be sent to the families of the impacted employees. Uniformly, his initiative, involvement, and Employee Engagement ensured complete vaccination of over 75% employees and their family members as well as sourced retired laptops from company for online classes for children of employees.
