Kedar comes with over 30 years of experience in “Service, Manufacturing, Finance and FMCG industry” in Indian and Multinational corporations in his career, he has handled ” Strategic Finance, Business partnering, M&A, Accounting, Treasury, Global Finance Operation, Taxation, Listing compliance and FP&A” functions. Prior to joining Stellapps, Kedar was working with Klay Schools Group , Milk Mantra Group as the CFO.

He has also worked with AXISCADES, Aricent Technologies, Flextronics Software System, Hughes Network System, Tata SSL Ltd and LIC Housing Finance in the Past. He has participated in listed companies Board and various Committees. Kedar is a Physics Graduate and a Qualified Chartered Accountant and also a Cost Accountant by Profession.
