He is currently the Head of Tools Development at Orange.
Mr. Hemant has 22 years of experience in information technology and has worked with various service oriented software development companies. He holds a master’s degree in computer applications and a bachelor’s degree in computer science. With his vast experience in Program management, Project management and vendor management, has been focusing on process automation, business automation and innovating new ideas. Throughout the carrier has completed many large automation/transformation projects, modernisation and industrialisation projects.
He has also been leading large teams and working with steerco for successful delivery and value propositions for organisation and customers. He believes that starting from Industry 2.0 to Industry 4.0 has been instrumental in making sure that traversal and transformation, leading the change and adopting to change and implementing it across organisation. Mr. Hemant’s day job is working as Head of Tools Development, Orange Business Services leading the new initiatives and collaborations.
He is a man with an optimistic approach, believe in team work, set examples as leaders and work as role model for his team and lead by example.
