ORGANISATIONAL AGILITY –
1.LEED Certified Site – Completion of 100000 sq ft building with Platinum LEED certification and enabling Agile and Open work culture with Optimum space utilization where linear workstation promoted more collaboration with diversity and inclusion at workplace.

2.ICICI Currency Chest – The currency chest implementation in record 8 months’ time with zero defects and findings from the Regulators which was inaugurated by then the DMD Chanda Kochhar.

3.ICICI Direct Office Set up – In Record 120 days’ operationalized 40 ICICI Direct offices in Delhi/NCR.

4.Surprise Full Site Failure Exercise – This was the first of its kind initiative which made it more distinct and special and transformed the BCM way of functioning as a whole for the organization.

DIGITAL DISRUPTION –

1. Water Budgeting Application – Spearheaded launching of an application that allows farmers to plan water usage based on predicted availability and significantly improves the operational efficiency of the not-for-profit organization working in the area. This app is in use in 24 Villages of Akola and Sangamer of Ahmednagar district in Maharashtra and given the architecture can be deployed in any part of the world.
2. Paheli Goonj Application – Enabled a noble undertaking of web based application designed for hearing impaired children who have undergone cochlear implant. “Undoubtedly, a mother’s lullaby is the most beautiful note in the world and no child should ever be deprived of that luxury”. This Application is available to all the organization working for the hearing impaired children, and to the parents of a child who needs auditory training.

Apart from being a successful professional, Mr. Bidani’s inclination as an philanthropist towards making a difference in the society with his willingness to help others in need by going an extra mile and ensuring the required help reach the needy is commendable.  

His ideology of “I believe the basic attribute of Mankind is to look after each other” is very much evident in the way he has touched upon the lives of many with his generous act of kindness.

Amongst all such great initiatives he has undertaken so far for community upliftment, the one worth mentioning is his excellent work done during Covid 19 Pandemic when India was going through a difficult phase and the situation was very challenging. Whilst most of us hid in the comfort of our homes he continued to serve the society with his following act of kindness –

Covid-19 Relief Efforts – Reached out to 1514 marginalized families (including the sex workers and transgender community, as this strata of society is disadvantaged and devoid of a life of dignity) ,impacting 7570 people with food essentials and hygiene kits in Pune and Mumbai. Also distributed 7100 masks to our frontline warriors –Pune Police.

COVID-19 TASK FORCE – Initiated this task force comprising of a team of 138 Volunteers to provide sustenance and support to employees and their families amidst the Second wave of COVID. Reachable via a 24/7 helpline, these COVID-19 Warriors helped in coordinating for ambulance, connecting with doctors, checking and organizing oxygen cylinders, checking ICU availability, and even helped with food delivery. 300 Cases were supported during April and May across 74 Cities across India. He also enabled hospital-managed hotel quarantining facility to help colleagues to recover in relative comfort and safe isolation from family & others. Facilitated tie up with 2 ambulance-on-call services for his employees and their family members across India for 24/7 Covid and Non-Covid Support.

COVID-19 Vaccination Drive – Striving to continuously support the health and wellbeing of his employees and their families a dedicated focus was equally enabled on COVID 19 vaccination drive he spearheaded by adhering to all the norms and Government laid regulations. He also spiced this whole initiative up by enabling the launch of an In House Online Vaccination Booking Portal for employees and their families to automate the vaccination booking and tracking process.

His level of commitment towards serving the society during pandemic has proved to be a life-saver both literally and proverbially and can be called nothing short of “Heroics”

His enthusiasm and keen attitude towards continuous learning is very motivating and is evident with his long list of industry recognized certifications and qualifications he has gained over the last few years to keep himself abreast with the cutting edge technology.

His work ethics and the passion with which he drives things at hand is very well received and recognized by his organization and other reputed platforms at various occasions. Few of them include Hope Award 2021, Intrapreneur Of The Year Award By Entrepreneur India Pvt Ltd, Leadership Award, Best Corporate Volunteers Award, Pune Security Professionals Award, and the list goes on. During Gujarat Crisis he ensured Zero reputational damage to the ICICI Bank and was also awarded by the MD and CEO for exceptional contribution to the organizational rapport.
