Diwakar is a firm believer in diversity, equality, inclusion and is confident that the organization also realizes that for them to continue growing and remain meaningful, they will have to act and deliver on promises. No organization can survive just by giving lip service to this demand of giving proper credit and recognition to diversity. Including people at all levels from a beginner job to top management and provide people with an opportunity of inclusion. Inclusive cultures make people feel respected and valued for who they are as an individual or group. For international students, parents, and educators, diversity, inclusion, and equality have a higher value than the local community. It is observed that teams that are gender, age, and ethnicity diverse make better decisions up to 87% of the time as per diversity + inclusion = Better Decision Making at Work- Forbes. Mr. Sharma is hopeful that the organizations will treat employees with respect, and they are valued for their strengths and are recognized. Diwakar is confident that he will contribute to the recognition of issues around diversity and inclusion and always stand for the international students, parents, and colleagues who, like him, are members of a visible minority.
