As it is rightly said, “If you can dream it, you can do it”. Debjit is an accomplished technologist with around 23+ years of experience covering the entire gamut of Information Technology and Business Consulting. He did hid B.tech from IIT Kharagpur and MBA from ICFAI Business School.
He has executed very complex projects with globally distributed teams in areas spanning Enterprise IT Transformation, ERP, Cloud migration, Analytics, Data Warehouse, CRM, Portal, Content and Knowledge Management, and other business applications around a host of verticals including telecom, banking, retail, healthcare, real estate and manufacturing.
He has deep skills in technology enabled Business Consulting, Cloud Advisory and Transformation. Debjit helped many organizations capture and disseminate information, essential for taking key business decisions, with the help of technology. He has worked with leading business houses to define the IT strategy roadmap and execution plan with KPI benchmarks.
Currently, Debjit is the Consulting Partner and Advisory Leader responsible for Tech Mahindra BE global technology and digital consulting practice and also led domain specific consulting. BE or Business Excellence is the consulting division within TechM. He is responsible for the strategy through execution of the digital, domain and technology Advisory practice including revenue, profitability, delivery, operations and analysts relations.
