Mr. Bhanu Keerthi N is best described as a man with an optimistic approach in all circumstances. He hopes to help with the goal of developing strong society of individuals through education. He believes in creating an environment that aims to apply holistic teaching techniques and practices to further enhance learning and teaching to implement outcome-based learning and teaching to provide a state-of-the-art environment that stimulates students’ learning interests. Therefore, Vasishta School of Excellence (VSE) has a unique education model that revolves around inquiry-based learning through ‘4i’ approach.
The concept of ‘4i’ stands for Inquiry, Ignite, Inspire and Innovate which access four pillars on the foundation for holistic development of a child. ‘4i’ curriculum provides unique learning opportunities focused on cultivating various aspects of character development including communication and social skills, confidence, and teamwork. The focus is on trying to create learning experiences that prepare students to be happy, balanced, productive, and innovative students of tomorrow. He strongly believes in creating base point for smart education system at grass root level covering the whole spectrum of activities in the realm in various domain with technology-based system, to generate intellectual professionals with a dynamic global outlook and innovative thinkers and cultivate relationships through activities and action items based on a holistic view of each student by empowering students with a personalized support team of staff and faculty.
Workshops are given for teachers at different levels on the technology learning curve which influences student learning contributes to each student’s unique, innovative with hands on experience and needs.
