As it is rightly said that, “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall”. This perfectly suits the Life of Mr. Amit Bindroo. Amit doesn’t think twice when he says that “ My childhood can be without a doubt termed as a perfect Childhood”, hailing from a really wealthy business family who owned a 25 bedroom huge villa which overlooked their apple orchards & having this all in the most beautiful place on Earth called Apple rich town “Sopore KASHMIR” feels nothing less than a dream now.
Amit always had a clear cutting edge of business ,as it ran in his blood. Even in his childhood he loved spending time at their family owned Shops , handling customers , knowing the smallest of the backstage details etc , as he was very certain to stay along with his father & take their business to new heights but little did he know that destiny will play evil and everything that seemed as perfect as a “wish granted”changed overnight when violence erupted in Kashmir Valley .His family like many other had to migrated to different parts of India as displaced migrants& their family came to Jammu.
They had to start it all over but having an elder brother & parents by side him ,always helped him to feel safe. During childhood he hardly had any honest dedication towards study but the crisis didn’t left him a choice as his elder brother had to sacrifice his studies to support family financially. So ,his family decided that Amit will peruse his Engineering Degree from Karnataka University with college in Belgaum . After completing his B.Tech( Electronics& Communication) , Amit moved back to Delhi & immediately started working at small professional organization on a salary of merely Rs.3250 back in 1997 . While he was earning really well at his job with years grown, soon he realized that working for someone didn’t satisfy him . Smaller or bigger it has to be his own . This is what he said to himself & along with his Mentor or first professional Guide he incepted INVAS .
Amit is professional turned Entrepreneur, accomplished, result oriented and meticulous person with over 25 years of work experience is interested in continuing to work to build a better future for Everyone. His company INVAS today is running for over 15 years & has achieved many milestones in all the possible spheres of Telecommunication Domain.He proudly exclaims the reason behind the success of his company is his“teamwork”.
Amit, from the medium of INVAS has brought in a revolution in terms of breaking the rules of stereotypical relationship between employer & employee by changing it into creating a whole new cohesive corporate world for each & every individual of his team member.
