Hailing from a lower middle-class family, his father was an auto-rickshaw driver and his mother was a nurse. The family of 5 survived in one room for most of his life. Living in a locality where studies were not the priority, he got involved in various bad companies and he was on the brink of losing hope and anything positive out of his life.  His mother always said Nurses have a 100% job guarantee, but he had his own dreams of learning everything about computers.

Staying away from family taught him how to manage time, studies, and finances, and achieve his goals. Started working as a Nurse in one of the biggest hospitals and was focused on learning and helping patients. But Destiny had something else planned for him. He was reached out by a Healthcare IT organization, where he was offered a Job as an Analyst. This was the start of his journey to becoming a technology SME.

Today with many technical and professional certifications he is a Senior Director of Implementation Architecture where he leads client implementations worth millions of dollars. Learned the hard way at every step of his 16+ years of career, he is now focusing on helping Mid-Career IT professionals with no clear Vision, Mission, or Purpose in life and Career who are struggling with Career Growth. His ACE performers framework is designed to transform individuals to excel at the workplace and personal lives with elevated standards of living.

Consolidating his entire experience he has written a book called “Invincible” which will be soon available on Amazon. He believes in massive actions, with consistency will help any individual to achieve success in any situation in life.  His tagline on which he always focused is “Be the Arjuna of the Corporate Chakravyuh!”
