A passionate Fauji by heart, Lt Col Randeep Hundal has spent more than half of his life serving the country and its people. Lt Col Hundal is a man of valor with courage and conviction. He has proved himself to be a leader who is inspiring, trustworthy, focused and collaborative. Lt Col Randeep Hundal is a 4th generation Indian Army Officer, He is a Promoter Director of a public limited Company and is also serving part time with the Territorial Army.
Lt Col Randeep Hundal did his MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon in 2006. In 2007, January he floated his own Pvt. Limited Company which in 2010 became a Public Limited Company known as INNOVISION LIMITED. Today the Company is considered amongst the top 10 service provider companies in India with more than 55 offices across the country, providing employment to >20,000 people.
As a Managing Director of INNOVISION LIMITED, brings in more than 22 years of executive leadership in the Company. In his role, he drives a customer-centric focus throughout the Company and broadens Innovision’s visibility and brand globally as a leader in the Security, Facility Management, Skills Development and Toll plaza operations (NHAI) space. He takes the responsibility for driving the Company’s revenue and leading its corporate strategy and organizational growth.
