A dynamic engineer with more than 26 years of overseas & domestic EPC experience from concept to commissioning. Engr. Manish is an Indian project management professional & technologist who played key role in the growth of MEP & Infrastructure sectors in India & UAE. Engr. Manish has been invariably contributing to the success of projects delivered by his employers. Over the years, he has also pioneered numerous implementations and innovations that have benefited the company and country in many ways.
Engr. Manish is capable of managing any type & any value of project from concept to commissioning with increasing revenue, reductions in cost, enhancing profits, within time, maintaining quality and bringing new projects from same & new clients.
Engr. Manish has received Certificate of Appreciation from Ministry of Finance, Government of India Central Board of Direct Taxes in recognition of the contribution of taxes towards building of this great Indian Nation, Certificate of Appreciation from “Government of Dubai-Department of Economic Development for attending Dubai Quality Workshop on how to conduct self-assessments on EFQM model” & was highly commended for “Engineer of the Year Award” from “Construction Week Award 2012”. He has also received competent certification from M/s Kaldewei, Germany for Bathtub & Associated Drainage System.
Engr. Manish’s various articles published in UAE & India such as ‘Basics of Air Conditioning’ published in UAE Society of Engineers Journal, ‘Cost Management’ (UAE Society of Engineers Journal), on ‘Variations & Extra Claims Process for Construction Sector’ (UAE Society of Engineers Journal), ‘Cooling Tower’ published (`Technology Trend’ Magazine) etc.
He has successfully tested >575 kms of GI piping, more than 610 kms of electrical cabling, >32,000 kva DG, > 40,152 TR AC units, and > 165 various elevators in India & UAE. In India Schindler’s elevator is the tallest S5500 model project with 140 mtrs travel of 45 stops at Lodha NCP and this is a first of its installation in India. Handled more than 2800 labours and technicians across India & UAE.
He has successfully completed all government authority building & Infra requirements. He has handed over more than 5000 apartments (India+ UAE) to customers in compliance with all QHSE norms.
He is recognized for his initiative of training graduates in the organization for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness & efficiency. He has also pioneered an employee evaluation program wherein employees of all categories and levels are evaluated and accordingly recommended for training which assists them in the development process & future skill development of the employees. Thereby, helping the society as a whole.
He is fascinated by emerging technologies. He has keen interest in the fields of Artificial intelligence, Electric cars, Remote monitoring which are going to be the building blocks of future. He is a firm advocate of the new technologies. He has already entailed himself & his team for developments so that everyone is abreast with the latest developments.
