In his professional career, he has worked in some reputed organizations such as Manipal Hospital in Bangalore, Narayana Health in Bangalore, and VLCC in Guwahati. But he always desired to be free to practice his profession the way he wanted to do. He wanted to provide people with the best possible and affordable evidence based Physiotherapy service. Accomplishing his long lived dream of being an entrepreneur finally executed when he along with his friend Dr. Pritam Deka, in 2014 co-established a Physiotherapy center “VARDAAN” . They have a small team of dedicated and efficient physiotherapists. They as a team have successfully treated around 2000 patients in their clinic till date. As a Home Care Physio, he has successfully treated around 500 patients. He has to his credit, a couple of research papers published in international journals.

Though the prime motive for any business is revenue generation and profit, their prime focus for this venture was not to commercialize it unlike other hospitals and clinics. The only aim was to provide the best treatment and to create social awareness about the role and importance of Physiotherapy and fitness. They have even helped the underprivileged who can’t afford the treatment.

He recently completed his management course from Symbiosis International University, Pune.  His clinic was voted the Just Dial User’s Choice in 2019. He was nominated for an international award – Physiotherapist of the Year 2019 at Allied Health Awards, Melbourne, by the recommendation of an international patient. As a part of their social responsibility, his team at regular intervals conducts free health camps/relief camps, in association with various local NGOs.

He has been  supporting various social causes by organizations and charity funds, such as YouWeCan, HelpAge India, Akshay Patra Foundation, Bharat Ke Veer, PM relief fund, CM relief fund, PM Cares (during Covid), Social Assistance Institution (SAI) in Kolkata, St. Xaviers Foundation in Guwahati, and various other small organizations working at state level dedicated to different social causes.

During the Covid pandemic, his clinic was non-functional for months and suffered huge financial loss, still he continued doing free online consultations for patient. Being an  ATMANIRBHAR BHARTIYA he aspire to be a serial entrepreneur, investor and blogger and enter into other sectors which may or may not be related to healthcare – such as manufacturing, entertainment, AI, create jobs and empower the youth; contribute to the country’s economy in a bigger way; establish his own pan India social service organization; contribute to nation building and welfare of needy people, upgrade healthcare delivery service including Physiotherapy by blending science, commerce and arts, i.e; technology, management and creative skills, and also continue his clinical practice as much as possible. Also, since he is an avid book lover, music lover and a dancer , he dreams to establish a one of its kind chain of book library, music and dance academy.
