Dr .Abhijit Sarkar is currently working with Sharekhan Ltd, an 100 percent Subsidiary of French Multinational Bank, BNP Paribas. He is the Sr.Vice President and Country Head- Administration & Procurement. He is also an Advisory Board Member for an association called iNFHRA and associated as an advisory member for various associations working for travel, real estate and procurement fraternity. Acting as an advisory board member of Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies, International B School for Management Studies. In terms of his qualification ,he is an MBA in HR, B COM, Doctorate in Management Studies, further holding Diploma in Architectural and Designing, Certified Sig Sigma Black belt, Certified Procurement and Supply Chain Manager and Certified Scrum Manager. He is also associated with Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor London.
FM is a very wide domain and with passing of time it’s becoming a very critical function many companies consider FM as one of their front line function. Therefore for every FM what is most important is to have versatility & consistency and Abhijit is known in the industry as one of the versatile & consistent. A leader who demonstrated versatility whereby handing and sharing his knowledge on the domain other than Facility Management.
